I’m a Certified Body-Oriented Coach and ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC). I have 5000+ hours of education and training in coaching, psychology and psychotherapy and 150+ hours of somatic coaching experience in private practice.
I help my clients make vibrant contact with their full potential, cultivate grounded and trusting relationships with themselves, and access information held by the body to make decisions with greater clarity.
My approach is skillful, empathetic and warm. Coaching sessions with me are client-lead, focused on building awareness and choice rather than fixing or changing who you are. Sessions are oriented toward what’s happening now rather than analysing the past. Inquiry is often body-based, noticing how small shifts in awareness can change how we meet our lives.
I work with expats, creatives, entrepreneurs, solo parents, queer and neurodivergent folk, and digital nomads. I specialise in burnout recovery.
