If what you’re seeking feels aligned with a body-oriented approach to coaching, you are welcomed to book an adhoc 60 minute coaching session: a safe, non-judgemental, single-session container to experience somatic coaching first-hand and work with whatever you choose to bring, in a productive and regulated capacity.

You’ll come away with fresh insights, forwards momentum towards your desires and a deeply felt sense of your own embodied wisdom.

Sessions are subject to receipt of consultation forms and payment no later than 48hours prior to scheduled session.

For ad-hoc coaching sessions, Rebecca offers a sliding fee scale to keep coaching accessible to all:

€0 - No Monetary Exchange - clients are welcome to request a barter/skills exchange agreement with Rebecca. All enquiries to hello@theonlinesomaticcoach.com.

€45 +VAT - Concession Rate - available for those on low/no income

€95 +VAT - Standard Session Rate - available for those who are salaried

€180 +VAT - Pay it Forward Rate - selecting this option helps to fund subsidised coaching places and keep coaching accessible. Please consider this option if you are financially able or if you are not self-funding (ie. your workplace or employer are paying for your coaching).

Invoices can be provided for coachees accessing sessions through private insurance, employee assistance programs or corporate funding.
