If what you’re seeking feels aligned with a body-oriented approach to coaching, you are welcomed to book an adhoc 60 minute coaching session: a safe, non-judgemental, single-session container to experience somatic coaching first-hand and work with whatever you choose to bring, in a productive and regulated capacity.

You’ll come away with fresh insights, forwards momentum towards your desires and a deeply felt sense of your own embodied wisdom.

Sessions are subject to receipt of consent forms and full payment no later than 24hours prior to scheduled session. Invoices can be provided for coachees accessing sessions through private insurance, employee assistance programs or corporate funding.
